Milhão’s pre-gelatinized corn flour (FecoGelMix) has high absorption power, solubility, and allows for cold emulsification. Among its various application possibilities, the ingredient performs as a binder, thickener, and stabilizer in the production of doughs, sauces, condiments, and baked goods.

Substitutions:

Pre-gelatinized corn flour can fully or partially replace cassava starch (tapioca starch), corn starch, and potato starch.
