Flockmix

An ingredient produced with Non-GMO Flint corn and obtained from a modern industrial process. The product has guaranteed traceability and quality certifications, attesting to its healthfulness. Flockmix features a defined particle size and a high expansion capacity, being used as a raw material mainly for the production of compression-expanded products to make expanded snacks, such as corn puffs. Another application for Flockmix is in the production of flaked cornmeal (flocão de milho) through a lamination process for packaging.
