Ingredients:

-250g of corn Flocão
-1 onion
-1 calabrese sausage (paio type)
-5 cloves of garlic
-4 tablespoons of butter

 

Preparation method

STEP 1:
Cut the sausage into small cubes.
STEP 2: Crush the garlic and onion.
STEP 3:
In a pan melt 2 tablespoons of margarine, add the sausage, onion and garlic, let it brown and set aside.
STEP 4:
In another pan melt 2 tablespoons of margarine and add the flocão, stir constantly for 10 minutes.
STEP 5:
Add the other ingredients and stir for 5 minutes, the point is when it gets toasted.
